8(a) STARS II – Contract # GS00Q17GWD2062 – 8(a) STARS II is a small business set-aside Government- wide Acquisition Contract. The contract vehicle is for disadvantaged small business that provide Computer Programming Services (NAICS 5415110, Computer Systems Design Services (NAICS 54112), Computer Facilities Management Services (NAICS 541513), and Other Computer Related Services (NAICS 541519). We have support all stated NAICS codes and hold both 8(a) STARS II Constellation I and Constellation II.
SeaPort Next Generation (SeaPort-NxG) Multiple Award Contract (MAC). SeaPort-NxG is the U.S. Navy’s 10-year, $50B multiple award contract for project management and engineering support services. SeaPort-NxG replaces Seaport-e as the Navy’s premier contract vehicle of choice. As a prime contract holder, Intellect will be able to compete for task orders across 23 functional areas. Intellect plans to use this vehicle to support the Navy’s mission while maximizing quality and cost savings. We also hope to leverage this vehicle to strengthen and increase our Navy portfolio. As a small business provider, Intellect can also help the Navy meet and exceed their small business goals. Intellect is a long-standing partner providing two decades of successful support to Military Health programs.

The Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 Small Business (CIO-SP3 Small Business) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) is a 10-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This contract provides information technology (IT) solutions and services that include, but are not limited to, health and biomedical related IT services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. The contract also contains general IT services partly because medical systems are increasingly integrated within a broader IT architecture, requiring a systems approach to their implementation and a sound infrastructure for their operation.. Intellect Solutions’ coverage includes all Task Areas – 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10.
The Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM Bank) awarded Intellect Solutions a blanket purchase agreement (BPA) for IT software development and sustained engineering of the EXIM Online Program for Task Areas 2, 4, 6, 7, 8 and 11. EXIM Bank’s mission is to assist in financing the export of U.S. goods and services to international markets. Intellect is currently supporting EXIM requirements for Task Area 2 – SharePoint in the Cloud Support, Task Area 4 – EXIM Bank’s CRM systems Support, Task Area 6 – Business Analysis (BA) Support for Existing Systems, Task Area 7 – Agile Development and J2EE Programming Support, Task Area 8 – Quality Assurance (QA) and Production Support, and Task Area 11 – Business Analysis (BA) Support for New Projects support.
Intellect Solutions has been selected as one of the awardees under the Consulting and Technical Services + (CATS +) 2016 contract which has been administered by the Maryland Department of Information Technology (DoIT) since June of 2009 and has a current contracting level of over $280 million.
