The CIS web application is the official record repository of National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). In support of FEMA, Intellect provides ongoing operation and maintenance support of CIS to maintain interoperability with legacy and new data systems. The FRTS is an inclusive course management system for FEMA. In support of over 125,000 Guardsmen deployed worldwide, Intellect provided multifaceted support to the Air Force Network (AFNET), including all Systems Integration Engineering and Staff Support Services to assist with ANG’s migration to the AFNET. We provided high-level management of projects, provided detailed engineering support, acted as the SME, developed the Information Assurance (IA) and project documentation within the subject area being supported, communicated with ANG customers & leadership, and coordinated project tasks and completion for ANG projects. We supported 3-Tiered service desk support to resolve engineering issues and lead incident response as required.

Intellect supports the Department of the Navy (DoN), U.S. Navy SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) Pacific, Business Systems Branch, with the development and implementation of new business applications and sustainment of existing business applications. Intellect provides support across Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Management to assist the Business Systems branch with delivering and maintaining business applications/systems for their customers.
Intellect provide configuration management support, functional and project management support for all software development phases, and analysis support related to available technologies, software development methodologies, and system architectures.
Applied technologies include the Oracle WebLogic application server, an Oracle transactional database, and several Government off the Shelf business applications. The applications primarily include Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) applications but also include Oracle Forms applications, Oracle Reports applications, and Common Gateway Interface (CGI) applications (written in Perl). Intellect provides project management support and data analytics services to assure successful operation of DP3, which oversees the DoD’s Defense household goods and privately-owned vehicle shipment programs.
Our team provides operational and functional support required to manage the DP3 program effectively. We identify issues and research courses of action for resolving operational and functional issues.
We develop dashboards for managing and presenting DP3 shipment trends, develop customer satisfaction surveys, perform Transportation Service Provider (TSP) rate analyses, identify market/channel /code of service gaps, compile TSP qualifications data, and identify and analyze other data that reflect the program’s overall health. We use analytics/Oracle BI tools to provide data to the Government. We develop customized reports to streamline analyses by building specific data views not presented as standard DPS reports, or by merging data from different DPS tables into a single report.

We perform the functions necessary to develop and implement programs to identify and reach out to Service Members and their families to inform and educate them on available programs at the national, state, and local levels and develop information on improving program effectiveness and offerings. We place special emphasis on outreach to Service Members and the families of all Reserve Components to provide employment assistance, education benefits and transition services. We track each individual’s interaction as we provide support, such as resume writing assistance and interview coaching, to development of a meaningful civilian-based career.

CHEC is an automated system that supports suitability and security screening processes for the U.S. Census Bureau. Intellect provided full SDLC support to the design, implementation, and operation of the system.
Detailed system designs included defining database table structures, system architecture and compliance with federal and BOC EA guidelines, recommended system design, batch jobs, flows, pseudo-code, program logic, and a recommend implementation approach for the new design. Our team provided design and architecture services focused on an accurate presentation of the AS-IS state, detailed designs to incorporate new requirements and initiatives that are extensible, and as ‘future proof’ as possible supporting both non-decennial work, the 2020 Decennial Census, and beyond.
Ongoing support included administration of the underlying Oracle database for capacity, performance and security.

Defense Health Agency (DHA) – Information Technology Portfolio Transition Planning

Intellect performed research and analyses required to transition MHS GENESIS to DHA HIT including the transition of resources, contracts, documentation, funding, requirements, and all aspects of life cycle sustainment.
We developed multiple courses of action on methodology for transition, developed timelines, identified risks, developed mitigation plans and supported transition tasks as directed by the government.
We conducted “Deep Dive” analyses for legacy IT system transition. Our team research on current system data to perform the gap analysis using the DHA SEMOSS analytics tool and make disposition recommendations to the Government, facilitated gap analysis meetings with clinical and program stakeholders so that a system disposition course of action could be determined.
We collected medical device information being used within the medical treatment facilities in conjunction with the MHS GENESIS deployment, and analyzed the data to make recommendations based on data collection and research to support medical device standardization/rationalization across the enterprise, assuring that the medical devices are compatible (medical devices that connect and exchange data with the EHR) with MHS GENESIS.
