In support of FEMA, Intellect provides EDW Technical and Program Management Support Services for application development, integration services, and associated application development infrastructure support. This allows FEMA personnel to monitor and report on disaster activities and the stat for all Federal Disaster Assistance Programs. The CIS web application is the official record repository of National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The CIS and its interfacing NFIP system is an amalgam of new and old technologies, architectures, platforms, and tools that includes a wide variety of client server, web-based and service-oriented components. In support of FEMA, Intellect provides ongoing operation and maintenance support of CIS to maintain interoperability with legacy and new data systems. The ongoing support includes application sustainment, operation, defect fixes, enhancements, data accuracy transfer, production support, and Project management. This allows FEMA to provide essential insurance data on flood prone communities, flood mapping data, and help communities implement floodplain management standards.

The FRTS is an inclusive course management system for FEMA. In support of FEMA, Intellect provides full Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management support for the FRTS and all of its components in an Agile (Scrum) and Iterative methodology for cloud based hosted system using a DevSecOps framework. The ongoing support includes application sustainment, operation, defect fixes, enhancements, data accuracy transfer, production support, MicroStrategy licenses & functionality, and Project management. This allows FEMA to provide access to consistent and unified preparedness information, enhance user experience, and allow National Training and Education Division (NTED) to better leverage data within its various systems as to support mission requirements and reporting.

The NFIRS is used to gather and analyze information on the magnitude of the nation’s fire problem, as well as detailed characteristics and trends. In support of FEMA, Intellect provides the system and software engineering and project management services to sustain and enhance USFA’s NFIRS system, remediate security vulnerabilities and provide a stable and performance driven application platform. Air National Guard (ANG) – Systems Engineering & Integration

In support of over 125,000 Guardsmen deployed worldwide, Intellect provided multifaceted support to the Air Force Network (AFNET), including all Systems Integration Engineering and Staff Support Services to assist with ANG’s migration to the AFNET. We provided high-level management of projects, provided detailed engineering support, acted as the SME, developed the Information Assurance (IA) and project documentation within the subject area being supported, communicated with ANG customers & leadership, and coordinated project tasks and completion for ANG projects. We supported 3-Tiered service desk support to resolve engineering issues and lead incident response as required.
Intellect provided Systems Integration Engineering services to assist with engineering, project management, and project analyst functions to assure the most effective and efficient installation and subsequent use of new Voice/Unified Communication (UC) capabilities, Voice Switching System (VSS), Voice-over-Internet Protocol (VoIP), Voice-over-Secure-Internet Protocol (VoSIP), Telephone Management Systems (TMS) and Call Accounting Systems (CAS), and Enhanced 911 services across the ANG’s world-wide Information Technology (IT) Enterprise.
Intellect’s team supported EA activities, overseeing ANG architecture development activities, facilitated use of architecture products in ANG and represented the ANG on architecture councils.

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWAR) Pacific – Software Development

Intellect supports the Department of the Navy (DoN), U.S. Navy SPAWAR Systems Center (SSC) Pacific, Business Systems Branch, with the development and implementation of new business applications and sustainment of existing business applications. Intellect provides support across Software Engineering, Development, Programming, and Network Management to assist the Business Systems branch with delivering and maintaining business applications/systems for their customers.
Intellect provide configuration management support, functional and project management support for all software development phases, and analysis support related to available technologies, software development methodologies, and system architectures.
Applied technologies include the Oracle WebLogic application server, an Oracle transactional database, and several Government off the Shelf business applications. The applications primarily include Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) applications but also include Oracle Forms applications, Oracle Reports applications, and Common Gateway Interface (CGI) applications (written in Perl). We support SPAWAR Business Intelligence Reporting and Analysis capability. This capability consists of an SAP Business Warehouse (BW) server, an SAP Business Objects server, and an Oracle database. The applications are written in ABAP and Java, and include products developed in Webi, Xcelcius and Business Explorer.

Full SDLC support includes software development, testing, configuration/change management, data quality, cybersecurity/IA, and EA V&V. Intellect provided software enhancements and maintenance support for DHA on HAIMS and supported 4 major releases (epics) with 3 – 4 incremental enhancements (sprints) between releases. HAIMS provides Departments of Defense (DoD) and Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) health care providers supporting over 9 million beneficiaries, global visibility and access to artifacts and images generated during the health care delivery process around the globe.
Intellect used Agile development methods to support the full SDLC, included requirements management, business process re-engineering, software development, systems integration, application and integration testing, Section 508 compliance, EA compliance verification, Information Assurance/Security support and user training.

We support process improvement based on the analyses to attain operational efficiency and enable mission success. We deliver reports with both quantitative and qualitative data retrieved from multiple sources in a format that is easy to understand for JSP Executive Leadership. Data included within these reports provides JSP Executive Leadership with the overall health of the Service Desks, summaries of the critical and high ticket, queue trending over time and call statistics identifying the existing performance of the Service Desks.
The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) – Defense Personal Property Program (DP3) Support Services

Intellect provides project management support and data analytics services to assure successful operation of DP3, which oversees the DoD’s Defense household goods and privately-owned vehicle shipment programs.
Our team provides operational and functional support required to manage the DP3 program effectively. We identify issues and research courses of action for resolving operational and functional issues.
We develop dashboards for managing and presenting DP3 shipment trends, develop customer satisfaction surveys, perform Transportation Service Provider (TSP) rate analyses, identify market/channel /code of service gaps, compile TSP qualifications data, and identify and analyze other data that reflect the program’s overall health. We use analytics/Oracle BI tools to provide data to the Government. We develop customized reports to streamline analyses by building specific data views not presented as standard DPS reports, or by merging data from different DPS tables into a single report.
National Guard Bureau (NGB) – Washington Army National Guard (ARNG) Program Coordination Support

Intellect currently supports the Washington Army National Guard’s Beyond the Yellow Ribbon program, managing all aspects of an outreach program designed to identify Service Members and family members eligible for support, provide them with information on available benefits, and connect them with sources of support/services.
We perform the functions necessary to develop and implement programs to identify and reach out to Service Members and their families to inform and educate them on available programs at the national, state, and local levels and develop information on improving program effectiveness and offerings. We place special emphasis on outreach to Service Members and the families of all Reserve Components to provide employment assistance, education benefits and transition services. We track each individual’s interaction as we provide support, such as resume writing assistance and interview coaching, to development of a meaningful civilian-based career.

CHEC is an automated system that supports suitability and security screening processes for the U.S. Census Bureau. Intellect provided full SDLC support to the design, implementation, and operation of the system.
Detailed system designs included defining database table structures, system architecture and compliance with federal and BOC EA guidelines, recommended system design, batch jobs, flows, pseudo-code, program logic, and a recommend implementation approach for the new design. Our team provided design and architecture services focused on an accurate presentation of the AS-IS state, detailed designs to incorporate new requirements and initiatives that are extensible, and as ‘future proof’ as possible supporting both non-decennial work, the 2020 Decennial Census, and beyond.
Ongoing support included administration of the underlying Oracle database for capacity, performance and security.

We perform design, editing, and content management for all ANG SharePoint sites, as well as other ANG websites and social media platforms.
We maintain all ANG digital assets, assuring accurate version control. We maintain compliance with AF 35-101, which implements Air Force Policy Directive (AFPD) 35-1, Public Affairs Management and other related DoD, AF and ANG instructions.

Defense Health Agency (DHA) – Information Technology Portfolio Transition Planning

Intellect performed research and analyses required to transition MHS GENESIS to DHA HIT including the transition of resources, contracts, documentation, funding, requirements, and all aspects of life cycle sustainment.
We developed multiple courses of action on methodology for transition, developed timelines, identified risks, developed mitigation plans and supported transition tasks as directed by the government.
We conducted “Deep Dive” analyses for legacy IT system transition. Our team research on current system data to perform the gap analysis using the DHA SEMOSS analytics tool and make disposition recommendations to the Government, facilitated gap analysis meetings with clinical and program stakeholders so that a system disposition course of action could be determined.
We collected medical device information being used within the medical treatment facilities in conjunction with the MHS GENESIS deployment, and analyzed the data to make recommendations based on data collection and research to support medical device standardization/rationalization across the enterprise, assuring that the medical devices are compatible (medical devices that connect and exchange data with the EHR) with MHS GENESIS.
